Sony PS Vita Releasing in 2012 for US & EU and Xenoblade US August 28th Release?

So all the rumors about the PS Vita coming August 28th in the US and by the end of the year are wrong. Sonys Kazou Hirai has announced today that the PS Vita won’t launch in the US or Europe until early 2012 because they want to have a strong launch lineup. The system will be launching in Japan by the end of 2011. Also, turns out that Amazon has sent emails about Xenoblade Chronicles for the Wii saying they will ship in the US on August 28th. Has Operation Rainfall finally won? Also, Sonic Generations 3DS is confirmed to still come out this November in Europe and Australia. We don’t have any news for US but should still be November. Regarding the Sonic Generations glitches, I think that’s to be expected since the game’s still in development. It’ll be better when it actually comes out.
@TehGallopingSausage Well, that’s what I’m hoping for but these are glitches you didn’t see in Sonic Colors at E3 and that came out around the same time and Colors was a polished game. But I’m hoping that it won’t be that glitchy and even so, it should still be awesome! XD
well for the mean time ill be playing resident evil on my 3ds next year should be interesting psp vita plus i cant wait for the wii u it looks just amazing!!

Let me explain it’s coming out in 2011 most like nov/Oct because places like gamestop say 12/31/2011 is because there saying it’s coming out this year thats default duh!!
@PspGoXbox360lover No, Sony said that it won’t come this year. Gamestop and these other places just estimate release dates. But if Sony is officially saying that it won’t, then we should listen to them
I don’t really care because the 3ds is better than the vita but I will pick the vita up because I do wanna play uncharted little big planet and modnation

and besides zelda what is out for the 3ds? exactly vita has great software and is better than the 3ds just face it
@12345678910bigal Lol I find it so funny how you say it has great software when the system isn’t out. If you mean it will HAVE great software then you are correct but so will the 3DS. It’ll have Starfox 64, Cave Story, Pokemon Rumble, Sonic Generations, Mario Kart 7, Super Mario 3DS, Resident Evil Revelations, COD, Metal Gear Solid, and more. And most of those games I listed will be out by the time the PS Vita is out.

@machstarfox I’m not get into an argument here because it’s just an opinion and I know you like Sony’s first party titles more but that doesn’t mean that the 3DS will have sucky games. The 3DS will have great triple AAA titles by the time the PS Vita comes out so they’ll both have great software

@cobanermani456 sonic generations?( better on ps3) mariokart will be fine pokemon rumble is debateable, starfox 64 has the same impact to me that zelda did; i played this over 10 years ago.
@machstarfox I know a lot of people who will still buy the 3DS version. It’s not as good but should sell well and should be decent like the rush and colors ds games. Starfox 64 should still sell well. OoT has already sold well over 1 million units so starfox should do fine. Pokemon games usually sell quite well
